Since 1900, the Marius Fabre soap factory has been continuing the artisanal production of Marseille soap in the heart of Salon-de-Provence. This unique expertise and its manufacturing secrets have been passed down from generation to generation in the Fabre family for 125 years.

Come and discover the secrets of Marius Fabre's expertise during an exceptional guided tour. The stages involved in making our authentic Marseille soap will be revealed to you during an exclusive tour.

You will have the opportunity to witness the traditional “coulée de la cuite” (pouring of the soap).
The pouring of Marseille soap in the “salle des mises” (pouring room) is emblematic of the Marius Fabre soap factory and has remained unchanged since 1900. It takes place once a month, on Monday or Tuesday mornings, and is usually closed to the public.

Finish your experience in the marking room where you can stamp a bar of Marseille soap yourself using the traditional soap maker's technique.
