during a free guided tour!
About the soap factory
Since 1900, in the heart of Salon-de-Provence, the Marius Fabre soap factory has been perpetuating the traditional production of Marseille soap and olive oil soap.
A time for sharing and discovery, young and old alike will be able to discover a unique know-how that is still alive and well, handed down from generation to generation in our family.

Visiting times
Guided tours take place
- Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 10.30am
- Wednesdays and Saturdays at 2.30pm
During the short school holidays, guided tours take place every day, Monday to Saturday, at 10.30am and 2.30pm.
During the summer (1 July to 31 August)
Guided tours take place every day from Monday to Saturday:
- mornings, from 9.45am to 11.15am (departures every 30 minutes)
- afternoons, from 2.15pm to 5.45pm (departures every 30 minutes)
Please arrive ¼ hour before.

Open on Ascension Thursday, 14 July, 15 August and for the European Heritage Days.
Closed on other public holidays.
Pets are not allowed on tours. They remain your responsibility.
