To mark the soap factory's 125th anniversary, the Marius Fabre team is offering you a unique guided tour!  Go even further behind the scenes of the production of real Marseille soap by watching the ‘coulée de la cuite’! The pouring of Marseille soap into the mises (huge moulds on the ground) takes place before your eyes. A unique and timeless moment when you can smell the scent of olive oil and admire the traditional gestures of the master soap maker. This stage, which is usually closed to the public, takes place once a month on a Monday or Tuesday morning: a truly special guided tour. To round off the experience, during this tour you will have the opportunity to stamp your bar of Marseille soap like a real soap maker by performing the traditional gesture. Cosmetic workshops – Making natural cosmetics

Marius Fabre, a manufacturer of natural cosmetics for 125 years, has developed new workshops to help you make your own cosmetics.  Every month, we invite you to come and make a cosmetic essential step by step, using natural and environmentally friendly ingredients. Lip balm, hand cream or body scrub: learn how to make your own natural cosmetics step by step. The Marius Fabre team will guide you through the workshop and give you lots of tips on how to take care of your skin naturally. You will leave with the product you have made and a recipe sheet so you can make your homemade cosmetics at home! The Marius Fabre soap factory is delighted to be celebrating 125 years of family know-how this year! What's on the programme for 2025? Workshops, a festive weekend, new features and surprises!   An unusual visit To mark its 125th anniversary, the soap factory is launching a unique tour: a guided tour of the ‘pouring of the mixture’! Usually closed to the public, this iconic stage in the production of Marseille soap is a unique moment: the soap paste is poured into large moulds on the floor called ‘mises’. More information   Cosmetic workshops New workshops are being launched this year, the ‘cosmetic workshops’. An unmissable event for lovers of natural cosmetics. Make your own natural cosmetics (lip balm, hand cream, exfoliator) in the heart of the soap factory. Leave with your creation and a whole host of tips! More information   A big festive weekend open to the public! On the weekend of 21 and 22 June, the soap factory will be opening its doors to the public all weekend! On the programme: workshops, entertainment, lots of prizes to be won and the launch of a treasure hunt in the town of Salon-de-Provence!
